Idea Cellular COMPLAINT REDRESSAL Procedure & CONTACT DETAILS

About 90% of the customer complaints get resolved by the staff at call center or by the staff at Idea showrooms. However, there are times when you are not satisfied by the resolution provided by them. In such cases you can approach the Nodal officers for the resolution of your complaint.

To contact Nodal officer, you must have the docket number/ticket number (Complaint Number) that was generated by the callcenter staff or staff at Idea showroom. So, its important that you first lodge a complaint with them even if you feel that they won’t be able to resolve the complaint. Once you have the docket number and 3 days have passed and the resolution provided is not satisfactory, then you can contact the nodal officers for your city/state as provided in the table below. Please note that Nodal officers only work between 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday to Friday.

If the complaint is still not resolved within 10 days from registering the complaint at the Nodal officer, the consumer can approach the Appellate Authority for appeal, in the required format. You can print the Appeal Form from the following link: Idea Appeal Form
