Failed ATM Transaction Not Reversed by SBI Gangtok Sikkim

I Phurba Lama Sherpa customer of State Bank of India saving A/c holder No 30085499653 Deorali Branch, Gangtok Sikkim. I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.40,000/- on 19.112011in total by way of withdrawing Rs 10,000/- each in four attempts from HDFC ATM Barakham,New Delhi.The transaction No 6199,6201,6202 and 6203 has been debited from my saving bank account through HDFC ATM Barakham,New Delhi failed to despense an amount of Rs. 10,000/-.This complaint was lodged with the local SBI,Deorali Branch,Gangtok Sikkim vide ticket No 42929542753 and 42929542778 three months back.However no redressel seems to be in the offing from the side of the Bank till date.

I know afterward the transaction has been made three time only in 24 hours how the fourth transaction was debited in my account.I am not aware why it has taken such a long spell of time to sort out this mess for no fault of mine.I am a student and facing severe financial crisis. Please help me and do the needful please.
